Sometimes In the middle of night, I start thinking about that am I obsessed with someone or I’m just pretending to be of them. I know it’s little creepy and maturity never gonna accept these type of activities…But In reality you can clearly observe no-one has fully mature we all are just pretending..oh shit I just combined two obstacles, so we should be with main topic..

In my opinion obsession is undesirable infatuation on someone you can’t have, it includes-

  • constantly thinking about them.
  • feeling unhappy and out of control.
  • starting to lose your own identity.
  • changes in your behaviour or moods.
  • revolving your life around them.
  • your happiness depends on them.
  • Controlling the activities the person engages in.
  • Possessive thoughts and actions.

How to stop:

  • Distance- Firstly, put a few separate between you and the individual you’re fixating over. In this way, you’ll achieve a sound mental division. This may be challenging at to begin with. In any case, being as well near to somebody you can’t have will as it were fuel this undesirable relationship. As time goes by you’ll discover it getting to be simpler.
  • Living in the moment- Reflection is an amazingly accommodating hone for individuals who battle with fixations, because it teaches them to live within the minute, lock in their senses and appreciate the world around them instead of in their head. It moreover makes a difference individuals learn to bargain with undesirable contemplations recognizing their presence but delicately moving them aside and denying to bolster them.
